Skills and credentials:

Our HR professionals must be competent and committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge about the business impact of HR issues. A master's degree is preferred, with a strong emphasis on business acumen and change management skills. Some opportunities for bachelor's level candidates may be available. Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are essential.
