Sales and Customer Service and Marketing

Ford's Sales and Customer Service and Marketing teams will draw on your intelligence, creativity, and skills to compete in the dynamic, fast-paced automotive business.

Our mission is to develop Brand Management programs and other customer satisfaction initiatives that create, reinforce, and grow brand-loyal customers. We do this by cultivating a distinct identity for each of our car and truck lines, producing vehicle lines targeting our customers' needs - then exceeding those needs.

Successful career paths involve several developmental assignments in regional offices and may require the flexibility to relocate, and travel up to five days a week in a dealer contact role.

As part of Sales and Customer Service, and Marketing, you will:

  • Resolve customer product concerns.
  • Provide support in one of three Regional Offices to Ford and Lincoln Dealers.
  • Consult with designated groups of dealers to improve customer satisfaction, market share, inventory management, profitability, and the merchandising of vehicles.
  • Analyse current market conditions, product content, price, costs, and customer desires to position us against competitive vehicles as part of a Brand Management team. The Brand Management team will take actions to enhance owner loyalty and will provide feedback to Product Development to create the next generation of vehicles.

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree - Marketing, Economics, General Business
  • Master's degree - Marketing, Economics
