Who Qualifies

You are eligible to take advantage of this offer if you are a Canadian resident and in the last four years you:

Have graduated, or will graduate, from a two-year (48 weeks minimum) college program, a university undergraduate degree program, Canadian Registered Nursing Program or Canadian Trade School, or a two- or three-year CEGEP D.E.C. program (in Quebec)
Have graduated from a recognized military or police academy
Are a full-time post-graduate student

Please note: one-course completion certificates, on-the-job training courses (i.e., sales training), teaching certificates, professional designations, and adult education courses do not qualify.
